As city dwellers with relatives in distant towns and cities, we were always looking for means of sending and receiving light weight goods and documents to and from towns where regular couriers do not operate. Informal approach of sending and receiving deliveries through the inter-state vehicle drivers has been in existence for some period but they are laden with logistic challenges thereby not making them convenient and suitable for many that utilise such services.
Letsend aim is to pave the way for transformation of last-mile delivery in the logistic industry by providing technology-enabled platform that connects individuals, businesses (especially small and medium business), called Senders, with owners and/or drivers of cars, bike, and truck, and Individuals (Couriers) for on-demand movement and delivery of goods and services in a convenient manner, and at NO extra cost to all parties.
