Both the Couriers and Senders have the opportunity of interacting directly without “middleman” or broker through the easy-to-use Zendy apps!

 

Letsend works for both Couriers and Senders in the following ways.

 

Customer

• Request a pickup or delivery from your location or on behalf of someone from their location
• Find the Courier close to you
• Chat together, negotiate and agree on the fees and the pickup arrangement
• Confirm your booking with the Courier
• Settle payment and how the Courier will be paid directly
• Track and share your Courier’s journey until delivery is made

 

Courier

• Ensure your app is Online. No hassle, if you’re offline the Zendy Courier app will notify you that you’re missing something if offline!
• Respond to notification for pickup services around your location
• Chat directly with the customer and agree on how you are going to be paid
• Remember to settle your payment agreement with the Customer. Zendy does not intervene in financial matters through our “no middle-man” policy.
• When you complete your journey the recipient of the goods will provide Authentication code. Your journey is not completed until authentication code is captured on the app.
• As a courtesy, remember to rate your Customer.

 

We know you are ready to dive-in but to make it easier for you we thought you should be aware of the follow the steps.

 

• First Timer – if you are among the newbies to the platform
  • Download the App – Google Play / IOS
  • Register in simple step of entering few details
  • Receive OTP to confirm you are the one. In case you didn’t receive the OTP due to SMS delay, you can use 24417 to complete your registration
  • Login and start requesting for pickup or delivery
  • Courier will be notified once your account is authorized, and you can start earning money.

 

• Existing User – as a veteran you
  • Login with your phone number and password
  • Request your pickup for delivery.
